A Distinguished Background

Gareth began his career serving in the Royal Marines, a role that took him across the globe. Following his military service, he transitioned into the police force, where he enjoyed a wide and varied career, eventually retiring as a Detective Inspector.

Seeking a new challenge after a lifetime in the public sector, Gareth successfully ran his own private-sector company. Throughout these diverse roles, he has developed deep expertise in:

  • Emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement.
  • Building motivated, high-performing teams within large-scale organisations.
