Refund & Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange. After this time, we cannot offer a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.
Only partial refunds may be given in the following scenarios:
• Item is determined as being used
• Item is not unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition
• Items returned more than 30 days from date of delivery
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. We will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
Once you have checked with your bank to ensure the refund is not in process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to investigate further.
Items purchased using a voucher code are eligible for the returns policy above.
If items are defective or damaged, they can be exchanged. Please contact email@example.com to arrange an exchange.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Online Shopping Team, GMS Group, 218 Oakham Road, Tividale, Rowley Regis, Oldbury B69 1PY.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
