Key holding and alarm response is a security service where we securely store your property keys and respond to emergencies or alarms on your behalf. We will respond to alarms, emergencies, or security breaches 24/7. Our trained security personnel attend the property when needed, eliminating the need for owners or staff to respond at inconvenient times.

The core features of key holding include secure storage of keys and rapid response to incidents, typically aiming for arrival within 60 minutes. Accredited to BS7984, our SIA-licensed and trained staff manage incidents professionally, conducting external and internal property checks, liaising with emergency services if necessary, and resetting alarms.

We’ll manage the entire call-out process to completion, including repairs, and only disturb you if necessary. All responses are fully audited via car trackers, and communications are monitored by our alarm receiving centre.

All client keys are held following British Standards 7984.
