GMS wins EEM void property security services framework tender

GMS Property Services, part of the GMS Group has announced that it has been successful in its tender for the void property security services framework with procurement consortium EEM across the East and West Midlands regions.

EEM frameworks, which are available to members including Housing Associations, Public Sector organisations such as the NHS, Local Authorities, Trusts, Universities and Academies, help drive cost and efficiency savings, whilst also offering member organisations peace of mind knowing that suppliers have been through a vigorous procurement process.

Louisa Payne, Head of Operations at EEM said, “EEM are really excited to welcome GMS Property Services on to EEM0071 Void Property Security Services framework, myself and the team look forward to working together over the next 4 year.”

GMS Property Services will be providing: installation of window and door security screens, temporary alarm and CCTV, static guarding, mobile patrols, property guardians, key-safe hire and letterbox seals to EEM members.
